Title: Business Analyst

Overview
Join a team of product managers focused on modernizing contract and licensing systems, processes, and workflows. This role collaborates with stakeholders, engineers, and designers to streamline CLR processes using automation, workflow tools, and third-party integrations like FINRA.
Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, peers, and stakeholders to document business processes.
- Conduct Current State, Future State, and Gap Analysis, including process mapping for Contract License & Registration (CLR).
- Gather and validate complex product requirements from business partners.
- Write user stories and features for low-to-medium complexity tasks; assist with higher-complexity scenarios.
- Co-facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, and Sprint Reviews.
- Assist in building, coordinating, and executing test plans and scenarios.
- Use project management principles to complete tasks and advance project work.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3-5 years’ experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong communication and influencing skills with organizational awareness.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development environments.
- Problem-solving skills to analyze solutions in technical and straightforward scenarios.
- Knowledge of workflow automation tools and financial services industry experience is a plus.
- Certifications demonstrating role-specific competencies preferred.
